① We kindly ask for customers to put the luggage by the feet or on the lap.
② Arrange another limousine, taxi. (1 vehicle → 2 vehicle)

Regarding departure time, please be sure to specify the time with extra time to spare.

*All drivers are trained about the roads off the expressway in case of situations such as [road closure] [heavy traffic], on routine basis. Therefore, we put our best efforts to being on time for the flight.
