Advance Payment
Credit card payment from the WEB in advance
The payment is available through the web credit payment service by smartphone or PC before boarding.
A payment-email will be sent to your email address from a credit card payment company called “Square”.
Please check your reservation details and proceed with the payment if there is no mistake.
※ If you are departing from other than 23 Wards of Tokyo and Haneda/Narita Airport you can only pay by credit card in advance.
Please contact us if you wish to make the payment on the day. Depending on the situation, we may not be able to accept it.
Same-day Payment
We accept credit cards, cash and cashless payments.
Please pay by cash, credit card, electronic money, or taxi ticket when you get off the taxi.
Receipt
Basically, please download the electronic receipt from the URL in the reservation confirmation email.

The URL for issuing the electronic receipt will be included in the reservation confirmation email in advance.
An electronic receipt will be issued after payment, so please download it from there.
You can specify the receipt address at the time of booking.
If you need a paper receipt, please request the driver before getting off the car.
