You can choose either prepayment or payment on the day of service.
Receipts can be issued upon request.

Advance Payment
Credit card payment from the WEB in advance
You can make an online credit card payment in advance.
Payment can be made online using your smartphone or PC before boarding.
A payment email will be sent to your registered address from our credit card payment provider, Square.
Please review your booking details, and proceed with the payment if all information is correct.
Please check your reservation details and proceed with the payment if there is no mistake.
※ If you are departing from outside the 23 wards of Tokyo or from Haneda/Narita Airport, payment can only be made by credit card in advance.
Please contact us if you wish to pay on the day. Depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to accept same-day payment.
Same-day Payment
We accept credit cards, cash and cashless payments.
Please pay by cash, credit card, electronic money, or taxi ticket when you get off the taxi.
Receipt
We issue electronic receipts.
A download link will be included in your reservation confirmation email.
After the payment is completed, you can download the electronic receipt from that link.
You can also specify the receipt name or address at the time of booking.
If you need a paper receipt, please ask the driver before getting out of the vehicle.
* If the original receipt needs to be mailed later, an administrative fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.
