For those with no
communication device
One you have finished going through inspection, please move along to the arrival lobby.
On the day of the pick-up, the driver will be tracking your flight location using an application. And the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lobby, holding up a name board.
If you are faced with any trouble before meeting your driver, please get in touch with us using a public phone if you don't have any mobile device. Your pick-up will be rearranged accordingly.
With inspection
After the arrival of the plane, it will take about 2~4 hours to get to the arrival lobby.
Once finished inspection, please contact the driver by a messaging app or E-mail.
Without inspection

After the arrival of the plane, without inspection, it will take about 1 hour to get to the arrival lobby.

Meet and Greet/Name Board Service
All customers using our Private Van Taxi from Narita Airport will be offered a Meet and Greet Service (placard / Meet and GreetService).

Payment Method
Customers boarding from areas other than Narita Airport or facilities around Narita City, are asked to make a payment in advance.

Online credit card payment
The online credit card payment is available through your mobile device or computer before boarding.
A digital invoice will be sent to your email address using a credit card payment company called "Square".
Please make sure to double check the reservation details and proceed with the payment.
To prevent measures, we recommend you make online credit card payments in advance for contactless payments.

Same day payment
When you arrive at your destination, please pay the driver by credit card, cash or cashless payment.
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover are accepted.

- Do I have to use a Meet and Greet Service?
Our Meet and Greet Service is offered to all customers, so that all customers and drives can meet smoothly.
- What happens if the arrival time is delayed due to airline reasons?
The driver waits for some delay free of charge.
If the arrival time is significantly earlier or later than expected, customers may have to wait until the driver arrives.- Is there a waiting fee for inspection after arriving at the airport?
There is no waiting fee if the inspection takes a long time. If there is a significant time change, you may have to wait until the driver arrives.
- I have a lot of luggage, can the driver help me?
The driver will assist you with your luggage, as much as possible.
- What if I can't meet the driver in the arrival lobby?
If the driver is unable to meet the customer within the specified time, the driver will contact the customers mobile phone or by using a messaging app (LINE, WeChat, Skype, WhatsApp) if ID provided when booking.

For those who can not use a pay phone, please ask for help at the information counter with an "I" mark in front of the arrival lobby.
