Boards and skis can be stored in the ceiling.
Depending on the size, you can stack about 7 to 8 pieces.
From Haneda Airport
and Narita Airport,
we will pick you up
at Meet & Greet Service.
If you are departing from the airport,
we will pick you up at the Meet & Greet (Name board) Service,
which will ensure that you meet us.
Transfers to Karuizawa are available
at the same rate as Hakuba.
If it is within Nagano Prefecture such as Matsumoto and Karuizawa,
we can pick you up at a fixed rate.

Driver arrngment
We will arrange a driver who can Speak English.
All drivers can use the translation application.
All languages are available even when special communication is required.
Also, All of our operators can speak English.
Please be assured that you can interpret through the driver's mobile phone.
If you want a driver who can speak English, an additional 5,000 yen will be required.
