I grew up in the downtown area of Tokyo. My father used to say, "If you're a true Edo kid, pay attention even to the lining."
I worked in the transportation industry for many years, primarily driving a 2-ton truck and delivering fresh food products in Tokyo\'s 23 wards and the surrounding Saitama area. I always made sure to gather information about the cargo's characteristics from the shipper and had a strong sense of responsibility when handling valuable cargo. I paid close attention to everything, from temperature control to driving techniques.
When the COVID-19 situation settled down, I felt that I had mastered truck delivery to a certain extent and started to desire a new job where I could use my driving skills. It was at that time that a childhood friend told me about a job opening for airport chauffeur service.
I\'m now learning and enjoying a different set of driving skills and etiquette, distinct from driving trucks, on a daily basis.
I always strive to sense what our customers are thinking at the moment and take the most appropriate actions. I aim to pay attention to the finer details of service, such as maintaining a clean vehicle, monitoring our health, and performing thorough vehicle inspections – aspects that may not be immediately visible to customers.
