How to use our taxi from Narita Airport
Introduction of Meet and Greet / Name board Service(terminal 2)
We offer a name board service so that customers can join us smoothly.
On the day of the pick-up, the driver will be tracking your flight location using an application. And the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lobby, holding up a name board.
For those with communication device such as messaging app.
If you provide the following app information at the time of booking, the driver will contact you on the day.

Even if you do not know the arrival terminal, please be assured that we will confirm it if you tell us
the flight number at the time of booking.
Terminal 2 Arrival Lobby Exits are A and B.
Both A and B lobbies have the same landmark points.

The exit of the arrival gate is bifurcated, so please proceed to the left. The driver is waiting near ①.
The driver may not be able to stand near the gate during busy seasons such as high season.
If the flight arrives more than an hour before the scheduled time, or if an accident or natural disaster occurs, it may take some time for the driver to arrive.
If you cannot meet the driver at the gate, please wait at the bench next to the gate (②).
The driver will be looking for you with a name board in hand.
If the driver is delayed, we will contact you via the mobile phone or SNS registered at the time of booking.
